Dr. Cicely Bailey

Dr. Cicely Bailey currently serves as the Senior Director of Teaching and Learning at Adams County School District 14 since January 2024, and also holds the position of OHLE Consultant/CEO at Organizational Health Leadership and Employee LLC, a role pursued since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as High School Office Principal Support at Houston ISD and Managing Director at KIPP Texas Public Schools. Dr. Bailey's extensive career in education began in Aldine ISD, progressing through various roles including School Principal, Assistant Principal, and Special Education Counselor. Dr. Bailey holds a Doctor of Education in Executive Educational Leadership from Houston Christian University, along with two master's degrees from Prairie View A&M University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston-Downtown.
