Laura Sayabouth

Laura Sayabouth possesses extensive experience in education and athletics, currently serving as a teacher at Adams County School District 14 since August 2019. In addition, Laura contributes to USA Rugby as a Strength & Conditioning Educator. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Lee County Schools, where responsibilities encompassed teaching students in grades 6-8, leading as the elective department chair, and coaching volleyball. Laura's coaching background also includes roles at Grace Christian School and Capital City Volleyball Club, focusing on developing practice plans and maintaining communication with parents and players. Laura holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science, K-12 Physical Education from Meredith College.
