Derek Henry

Derek Henry is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Project Manager at ADAMS Management Services Corporation since June 2022, Derek oversees the St. Anthony's Bed Tower Expansion, a significant $89 million project. Prior roles include Project Engineer II at both White Construction Group and GH Phipps Construction Companies, where Derek contributed to notable renovations at Poudre Valley Hospital and Banner Health McKee Medical Center. Earlier experience as a Project Engineer at I-Kota, Inc. involved substantial redevelopment projects like Arroyo Village and Ashley Union Station.
