Baldemar Silva, MSW, LCSW, CADAC V has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2005, they joined Adams Health Network where they held multiple roles including Director of Behavioral Health and Behavioral Health Manager/Therapist. Baldemar has been working at Adams Health Network since 2005 and is currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health. Additionally, in 2014, they took on a position as a Limited Term Lecturer at Purdue University Fort Wayne.
Baldemar Silva obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Services, General from Purdue University Fort Wayne, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in Mental Health/ Addictions Counseling. Baldemar attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2011 to 2014 to complete their MSW program.
In addition to their educational background, Baldemar Silva has obtained certain certifications. In October 2016, they obtained their license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Indiana licensing agency. More recently, in April 2021, they achieved certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Consultant V through Icaada.
