Robert Goralczyk

Robert Goralczyk has over 30 years of experience in IT management roles. Robert is currently the Corporate IT Director at Adams Resources & Energy Inc, where they oversee the IT department. Prior to this, they worked at Marquard & Bahls AG as the IT Business Partner for Shared Services NA, where they collaborated with business leaders to develop technology roadmaps and supported M&A activities. Before that, Robert was the Director of IT at United Maritime Group, where they managed the IT department and ensured service stability. Robert also established and enforced corporate IT standards and governance policies. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Manager of Information Technology/Communications at TECO Energy/Teco Transport Corporation.

Robert Goralczyk completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at the University of Tampa in 2004. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Negotiation Fundamentals from lynda.com in October 2014, Time Management Fundamentals from lynda.com in September 2014, ITIL Foundation Certification from EXIN in February 2013. Robert also holds certifications in Facilitator and Targeted Selection from DDI | Development Dimensions International, although the dates of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
