Parker Rasmussen

Parker supports the Growth Equity Investment Team in all aspects of the investment decision-making process, including business due diligence, industry review, document negotiation, and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Adams Street, Parker was an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this role, he pitched and executed on strategic and financial alternatives for companies across technology verticals.
