Lucy Sesto

Lucy Sesto is an experienced yoga instructor who has worked with various companies such as SestoYoga, adidas, MoreYoga, and The Body Coach. Currently, Lucy holds the title of Ambassador at Adanola, Yoga Instructor at BXR London, and Global Ambassador at lululemon. With a background in Psychology and Sociology from Nottingham Trent University, Lucy also completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Zuna Yoga in 2018.
