Nitin Verma

Nitin Verma has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Nitin started their career at Global Consulting in 2001, where they worked as a Sales Consultant until 2005. During their time there, they collaborated with clients to understand their needs, proposed suitable products and services, and maintained strong relationships to ensure optimal service.

In 2009, Nitin joined Adaps as an IT Resourcer/Junior Consultant, where they supported recruitment consultants and account managers in attracting and retaining candidates for clients in various sectors. Nitin quickly advanced in their role and was promoted to IT Recruitment Consultant within a year. In this position, they excelled in resourcing and recruiting approximately 80 professionals annually and took on the responsibility of managing and coordinating existing accounts.

Nitin's proven skills and performance led to their promotion to Senior Account Manager in 2013. Nitin played a pivotal role in the company's organic growth and leveraged their extensive networks and relationships from the US, Singapore, and India to help local clients achieve their IT objectives.

In 2016, Nitin was appointed as the Senior Account Director - Professional Services at Adaps. In this role, they closely collaborated with clients across various sectors, offering end-to-end solutions through onshore, offshore, or hybrid workforce models. Their expertise spanned several areas, including information security, infrastructure, business analysis, testing, business intelligence, software engineering, and executive recruitment.

Throughout their career, Nitin Verma has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills in relationship management, recruitment, and providing IT solutions to clients.

From 2005 to 2007, Nitin Verma attended the Melbourne Institute of Technology, where they earned a degree in Information Technology.
