Robyn MacLellan is an experienced microbiologist with a robust background in natural product research and microbiological techniques. Currently serving as the Director of Microbiology at Kapoose Creek Bio, Robyn previously held the same title at Adapsyn Bioscience, where extensive work included creating a diverse bacterial strain library, leading large-scale fermentations, and isolating novel small molecules with therapeutic potential. Robyn's expertise also encompasses production chemistry, with a role at Bioanalytical Laboratory Services focused on analyzing metabolite profiles, and significant research contributions during tenures at McMaster University and Mount Allison University, which included high-throughput fermentations and animal physiology studies. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours in Biochemistry from Mount Allison University.
