James Hodkinson is currently the Manager, Executive Program Engagement at ADAPT, where James supports and helps train new hires and sells multiple private conferences throughout the year. Previously, James worked as a Business Development Manager at Collins Group and a Senior Sales Development Executive at Close Brothers Asset Finance and Leasing, where James mentored others, led training sessions, and managed a large pipeline of prospects. James also has experience as a Product Marketing Assistant at Sony Electronics, a Barista at Costa Coffee, a Buying Assistant at Sainsbury's, and an Assistant Media Planner at Carat. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University.
