Arindam Sarkar

Arindam Sarkar is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, operations, and engineering within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the General Manager for ANZ Operations at Adapt Ideations since April 2021, Arindam previously held significant roles at Nokia as a Senior Project Manager and at Ericsson in various capacities, including ICT Manager and CD-RAN PMO - CPM Line Manager. Arindam's tenure at Alcatel-Lucent spanned from 2005 to 2012, where responsibilities ranged from managing teams of engineers to leading pre-sales support for IMS solutions in the APAC region. Earlier career phases included positions as a Principal Systems Engineer and Project Manager at Alcatel Australia, as well as foundational engineering roles in Belgium, further solidifying expertise in systems engineering and project management. Arindam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UNSW.
