Gail Su

Gail Su serves as Senior Counsel for Patent Transactions at Google since June 2017 and is a Co-Founder and Board Member of ADAPT.legal, an initiative focused on enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the intellectual property profession. Prior to these roles, Gail held the position of Legal Counsel for IP Transactions and Counseling at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company from November 2015 to May 2017, offering IP transactional support to various groups within the company. Gail also served as Legal Counsel in similar capacities at HP from September 2010 to October 2015, where responsibilities included IP transactional support and patent prosecution. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a BS/BA in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
