Jennifer Neal

Jennifer Neal, CPA CMA CIA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Their most recent role is as the Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO) at AdaptAbilities, where they are responsible for overall service delivery and operations, including finance, human resources, administration, health & safety, and information technology. Prior to that, Jennifer served as the Director of Corporate Services at AdaptAbilities, overseeing the organization's finance, operations, and human resources departments. Before joining AdaptAbilities, Jennifer worked as a Financial Controller at Sunshine Vacation Stays, managing accounting operations and implementing reporting tools. Jennifer also served as a Controller at Habitat for Humanity - Edmonton, where they were responsible for the day-to-day activities of the accounting department. Jennifer has also volunteered their expertise as the Treasurer/President of the Board of Directors for Autism Edmonton. Earlier in their career, they owned their own consulting firm, Jennifer Neal Professional Corporation, and worked as a Controller at Cameron Canada. Jennifer Neal has a strong education background in accounting and internal auditing. Jennifer holds a BA in Accounting from Georgian College and a CPA CMA designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
