Eleanor Dominguez

Eleanor Dominguez is a seasoned professional in brand and product marketing with extensive experience in the health and wellness sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Product Lines, Wellness at Home at AdaptHealth since March 2025, Eleanor has previously held leadership roles including VP of Marketing at Eclipse Foods and Head of Marketing at Further Food. Additional experience includes VP of Marketing at a health-tech startup, Director of Global Brand Marketing at PAX Labs, Inc., and Director of Brand Marketing at Plum Organics, among others. Eleanor holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and both a BS in Biology with a concentration in Physiology and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
