Kara Franklin

Kara Franklin has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kara is currently working as the Senior Director of Human Resources at AdaptHealth since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) from February 2015 to June 2022, where they held the position of Division Human Resources Director. Kara played a crucial role in establishing a field HR presence and provided exceptional customer service to support over 100 practices and approximately 1100 employees. Before joining ADMI, Kara worked at Apria Healthcare from December 2003 to January 2015 as the Manager of Human Resources. In this role, they served as an Employee Relations Specialist, providing HR guidance and support to executives, managers, and staff in multiple locations across the United States. Kara also played a key role in implementing strategic business decisions and planning.

Kara Franklin received their BA degree in I/O Psychology from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
