Timothy Lingo

Timothy Lingo is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources teams across the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at L3Harris Technologies since July 2023, Lingo oversees a team of 20 HR professionals supporting approximately 5,500 employees across multiple sectors. Prior to this role, Lingo held senior HR positions at Aerojet Rocketdyne, where responsibilities included managing HR for the Defense Business Unit and leading HR teams in support of thousands of employees across various facilities. Lingo's background also includes significant tenure at Boeing, focusing on engineering, test, and technology HR initiatives, as well as managerial roles at Lockheed Martin. Timothy Lingo holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Villanova University.
