Dan Pearce has over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on quality assurance and compliance. In their current role as Vice President at Adaptimmune, Dan oversees European manufacturing and technical operations. Prior to this, Dan held various high-level positions at companies such as Catalent Pharma Solutions, Genus Pharmaceuticals, and Patheon, where Dan demonstrated leadership in ensuring GMP compliance, supplier quality assurance, and audit processes. Dan holds a 2.1 degree in Biology from the University of Bath.
