Jill Schadler

Jill Schadler is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in leading HR functions in various companies across different industries. Jill is currently the Global Head of HR Partners & US Head of HR at Adaptimmune, a leader in TCR research and manufacturing. Prior to this, Jill held leadership roles in companies such as Radius Health, Inc., Omni Cable, Teleflex, Shire Pharmaceuticals, and Merck & Co., Inc. Jill's extensive experience includes strategic HR leadership, developing and implementing HR strategies to support business growth and culture development. Jill holds a BS in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, an MBA in HR, and a Master of Science in General Administration.
