Lucy Hoch

Lucy Hoch currently serves as the Head of Programming at Adaptimmune, a position held since May 2024. In addition, Lucy is a Neurodiversity Coach, engaging in coaching and mentoring since May 2022. Previously, Lucy held the role of Head of Data and Insights at The Scouts from September 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included establishing a data-driven decision-making strategy across the UK. Prior experience includes leading HIV programming at GSK and serving as Senior Director of Early Oncology Statistical Programming at AstraZeneca, where effective team leadership and innovative problem-solving were emphasized. Lucy's career also features roles in statistical programming management at inVentiv Health Clinical, data management at Oxford University, and SAS programming at various organizations. Lucy holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and a BSc in Statistics from Oxford Brookes University.
