Reshma Ramracheya

Reshma Ramracheya currently serves as the Director of Clinical Process Improvement at Adaptimmune, where responsibilities include leading the development of standard operating procedures and ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements. From July 2021, Reshma has also held the position of Associate Director for Supplier Governance Clinical Process Improvement and Enabling Solutions, overseeing external service providers in T-cell receptor clinical development programs. Prior to Adaptimmune, Reshma was the Director of Global Pharmaceutical Operations & Pharma Business Lead at CIDP, managing strategic operations and client relationships. Reshma's extensive research background includes a tenure as Group Leader at the University of Oxford, focusing on type 2 diabetes and obesity, and leading studies on ion channels in pancreatic islets during a postdoctoral fellowship. Reshma earned a PhD in Physiology from King's College London.
