Marcos Nagamine has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Marcos began their career in 1998 as a Presales Consultant at Integris Ltda. In 2001, they joined Vallent Software Systems as a Sales Manager Latam, and then as a Presales Consultant in both the USA and Brazil. In 2006, they moved to Alcatel-Lucent as a Business Development Manager, and in 2011 they became Regional Sales Manager - Latin America at InfoVista. In 2018, they became Partner and Founder of Technology Startups Cliniclick Tecnologia, Encontre Beleza and Vegany Cosmeticos, where they were responsible for B2B Sales, Finance, Accounting and Contracts operations, and leading a team of 5 professionals in the areas of Marketing, Technology and Products. Currently, Marcos is a Sales Consultant at Adaptiv Networks, where they are responsible for market assessment for the business plan development of Adaptiv Networks SDWAN and Security solutions, account and partner management in the region, and pipeline management, proposals, contracts, and delivery of presentations, proposals, proof of concepts and projects to clients.

Marcos Nagamine obtained their MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 1999, specializing in Business Administration. Prior to that, they obtained their Engineer degree from Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 1996, specializing in Electrical and Telecommunications.
