With over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Dexter's prior role as an Oncology Sales Specialist at Merck saw significant achievements, including ranking in the Top 10 nationally for two products and promoting immunotherapy and targeted oral therapies for various cancers. Holding multiple positions at Merck, Dexter consistently achieved above-plan sales performance, receiving back-to-back Vice Presidents Awards while promoting diabetes medications and expanding brand presence in various territories.
