Simon Gretton-Watson

Simon Gretton-Watson is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at I-Phyc since November 2022, where leadership of a 20-member team has led to the development of innovative wastewater treatment solutions and the establishment of the company's first commercial plant. Previously, Simon held several roles at Safetykleen, including Group Sales Director, driving growth strategies and achieving significant sales increases. Additional experience includes business transformation at British Gas, turnaround management within Centrica Energy's oil assets, and earlier roles in finance, auditing, and engineering. Simon's academic background includes a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, alongside qualifications as a Chartered Accountant.
