Jarrod Heck

Jarrod Heck, Ph.D., HCLD, currently serves as Clinical Laboratory Director at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp., where responsibilities include leading activities for a next generation sequencing laboratory focused on minimal residual disease testing. Previous roles at Genelex involved oversight of laboratory production, R&D departments, and maintaining compliance with accreditations such as CLIA and CAP. Jarrod has experience as a Senior Staff Scientist in clinical pharmacogenetic testing and has authored scientific reports as an Editor for American Journal Experts. Research endeavors include work at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and the University of California, San Diego, leading to a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology. An earlier career includes service as an Infantryman in the US Army.
