Nik Pershing

Nik Pershing is an experienced professional in molecular biology and clinical laboratory operations, currently serving as a Training Specialist at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. since August 2018. In this role, responsibilities include training laboratory staff on high complexity molecular methods, facilitating training sessions, and developing educational materials. Prior to this position, Nik held roles as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist I and a Research & Development/Production Technician, gaining expertise in Next-Generation Sequencing, PCR techniques, and assay validation. Additional experience includes work as a Microbiology Technician and a Shift Manager, showcasing a strong foundation in both laboratory procedures and team management.
