Walter Kalinowski

Walter Kalinowski is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in various industries, including packaging, nutrition, pharmaceuticals, and automotive manufacturing. Currently serving as a Training Specialist at AkzoNobel, Walter drives improvements in the Operator Training/Certification process while collaborating with trainers and plant leadership. Previous roles include Operations Supervisor at Rich Products Corporation, where leadership was provided to 52 associates in a FDA-approved facility, and Operations Manager at Green Garden Products LLC, overseeing operations for a leading seed provider.
