Brent Tadsen

Brent Tadsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation and process improvement. As the Managing Partner at Adaptive Business Solutions since March 2008, Tadsen focuses on guiding organizations through sustainable Lean transformations via training and coaching. Prior experience includes roles as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt at General Electric from June 2003 to December 2007 and as a Black Belt at GE Healthcare from May 2003 to October 2004. Tadsen holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, earned between 2003 and 2006, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
