Mitch Collins has extensive experience in sales and business development, marketing, and executive leadership. Mitch began their career in 1984 in consumer packaged goods and has since held roles in a variety of industries. In 1998, they became Vice President of Marketing at Prudential Financial, where they were responsible for the $6B employee benefits division. In 2001, they were appointed Chief Marketing Officer at American International Group, and in 2005 they became President of the Hartford Customer Services Group, a $6B AARP health insurance program. From 2008 to 2009, they were Principal of MSC Interim Executive and Consulting Services, and from 2009 to 2010 they were Interim President and CEO of Oregon Center for Applied Science. In 2016, they became Chief Revenue Officer at Adaptive Clinical Systems, a US-based eClinical Technology Solutions provider.

Mitch Collins received their MBA from Harvard University in 1984, their BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley in 1982, and their high school diploma from San Mateo High School.
