Robert Chen joined Adaptive Computing bringing more than 28 years of technology industry leadership, computer hardware expertise, systems integration and executive management experience to his role with the company. Robert Chen manages direction and strategy at Adaptive, facilitating company activity in consulting, sales, alliances, and channels.

Previously, Mr. Chen headed up Fortune 500 Companies in Sales and Sales Management for Motorola Asia Pacific, Compaq Computer, Symantec, FIC and Digital Equipment Corporation in USA and Greater China. Mr. Chen has won and successfully implemented several Major Systems Integration projects which include: TSMC, Cypress Semiconductor, Micron Technologies, Mitsubishi, Winbond, UMC, Hong Kong Jockey Club (off track betting), Korea Telecom (AT&T long distance), United Technologies, Gillette, Yale University, Massachusetts General Hospital, ADP, and Shoretel.
