Paul Champion

Paul Champion has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Paul is currently working as the Vice President at Adaptive Construction Solutions, a company that sponsors a Department of Labor Community-based apprenticeship program. Prior to this, Paul was the Founder and Blogger at www.apprenticeshipblog.com, where they shared news and information about apprenticeships. Paul also co-founded NATIONAL SKILLS CONSULTANTS LIMITED, where they developed a business model to help organizations face change and challenges. Paul has held positions such as Director of Employer Services at Workforce Solutions, Executive Director of Apprenticeships at Woz U, and Managing Director at TranZed Apprenticeships. Paul has also worked as the Group CEO at Profound Services Group and as an Assistant Principal at Learning Unlimited UK. Additionally, Paul has provided business development, consultancy, and partnership management services at FE Associates (UK).

Paul Champion attended Mortimer Comprehensive School from 1970 to 1980, where they pursued various subjects and received GCE's & CSE's. Later, they studied at Loughborough University from 1994 to 1996, focusing on Sports, Politics, and Economics. Finally, from 1998 to 2000, Paul obtained a BAHons 2:1 degree in Sports Development & Management from Northumbria University.
