Chad Hinds has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chad currently works as the Sr. Director of Business Development at Adaptive Investments, a mutual fund and advisory firm. Prior to this, they held roles at Snap Inc., where they served as the Sr. Manager of Advertiser Solutions and later as the Director of Channel Partnerships. Before that, Chad worked at Amazon as the Head of U.S. Sponsored Ads Partner Managers, overseeing a team supporting large customer sales. Chad also served as the Head of Sales for North America at Cheetah Mobile, where they led the ad sales team. Chad's earlier experience includes working at Yahoo, where they held various roles such as Director of Field Sales, Strategic Account Director for Field Sales, Strategic Account Director for Emerging Solutions, and Account Executive. Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, develop partnerships, and achieve revenue targets.
Chad Hinds completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at California State University, Chico in 1998.

Adaptive Investments was founded in 2015 and is the Investment Advisor to the Adaptive Funds.
