Ronak Massand

Ronak Massand has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ronak is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Adaptive since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Venture Fellow at Waterman Ventures, a Venture Capital firm and community, from July 2020 to August 2021. Ronak also held positions at Volley Automation, serving as the Chief Operating Officer from February 2020 to March 2021 and as the Head of Growth and Partnerships from February 2019 to January 2020. Ronak co-founded and served as the CEO of Parkloco, a predictive analytics platform for parking lot optimization, from June 2014 to January 2019, when it was acquired by Volley Automation. Additionally, Ronak gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at Brown University from September 2013 to May 2014 and worked as a Professional Soccer Player at Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) from January 2011 to July 2012.

Ronak Massand obtained a Master's degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (PRIME) from Brown University in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University Mumbai from 2008 to 2012. Before their undergraduate studies, they attended Swami Vivekananda High School, majoring in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, although the specific duration of this education is not provided.
