Basedjo Karim Coulibaly has a strong work history in various roles and industries. In 2015, they started as the Marketing Manager in Côte d'Ivoire for Alvan Blanch Development Company Ltd. In 2018, they became the West Africa Manager for AE SOLAR and later joined TOTAL SUCCESS WORLD INTERNATIONAL as a Medical Advisor. In 2019, they worked as a Dealer Sales for ForInteX and then became the Commercial Marketing Director for Sairam Travels. In 2020, they worked as a Global Business Development in ARH Inc. and as a Business Development Partner in Harvey Law Group. In 2021, they joined Jordan Aviation Airlines as their Business Development Partner. Most recently, they have served as the Partner Manager for Qatar Airways and has recently founded and is currently the CEO of Access World Nations.

Basedjo Karim Coulibaly completed a self digital training course in Aviation offered by IATA in 2019. Prior to this, from 2009 to 2010, they pursued an MBA in Business Development with a focus on Business Administration Policy Introductor at the Al-Ahamadi Hospital Training Department.
