Sales Director at Adaptive Recognition

Márton Sipos has gained work experience in various roles and companies. Márton started their career as a Barista at Starbucks in July 2012. Márton then worked as a Trainee at ESZA Nonprofit KFT. from July 2013 to January 2014.

In February 2014, they became a Project Manager at the Ministry of Human Capacities (former ESZA) until September 2014. Following that, they joined Drem Innovation and Consulting Ltd. as a Marketing and Project Manager from October 2014 to September 2015.

In June 2016, Márton Sipos started working as a Project Manager at Kantar Millward Brown, where they stayed until November 2017.

Since November 2017, they have been a part of Adaptive Recognition, starting as a Sales Manager until February 2020. Márton then advanced to the position of Senior Sales Manager from February 2020 to August 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Sales Director at the company.

Márton Sipos received a Bachelor's Degree in Agrobusiness and Rural Development Engineering from Szent István Egyetem, starting in 2010 and completing in 2014. In 2014, they pursued a Master's Degree in Marketing at the same institution, graduating in 2016. During their studies, in 2015 and 2016, Márton participated in the Erasmus+ program at the University of Primorska, Faculty of Management in Koper, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
