Dodd then moved on to K2 Sports, where they held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product Development. During their time at K2, Grande led international teams in developing and commercializing sporting goods, fostering innovation and talent development. Dodd also played a key role in expanding K2 into new markets, such as ski boots and poles for Madshus. Following their tenure at K2, Grande joined Harper Engineering Company as Vice President of Product Development. Currently, they are the Vice President of Engineering and Application Development at Adaptive3D Technologies, where they focus on developing applications using the company's photocuring polymers for additive manufacturing.
