Samantha Feldman

Samantha Feldman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Samantha is currently the Head of Compensation & People Analytics at Future and an Advisor at eqtble. Previously, they held various positions at Gray Scalable, including VP of Compensation & People Analytics, Head of Compensation & People Analytics, and People Analytics Manager. Samantha also worked at AOL, where they were part of the People Analytics Team, a Senior Program Manager, an Employee Referral Program Manager, and a Campus Recruiter. Prior to that, they were involved in Campus Recruiting at BNP Paribas. Samantha began their career as a Production Associate at The Capital Roundtable and also gained experience as an Office Assistant & Student Advisor at Colgate University and a Marketing Intern at ePromos Promotional Products.

Samantha Feldman completed a Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) from NYU Stern School of Business in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Colgate University in 2008.
