Amy Hoare

Amy Westmoreland (Hoare) is an experienced professional in the field of Agile methodologies and project management. Currently serving as Project Lead at ADAPTOVATE since June 2021, Amy also holds the position of Senior Agile Consultant at AgileAvengers, which was co-founded in June 2019. Previously, Amy was an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Vodafone from November 2018 to June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Scrum Master, Innovation Operations Manager, and Branch Manager at Nationwide Building Society between January 2011 and November 2018. Amy holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, obtained between 2020 and 2022.
