Vandana Pandey

Vandana Pandey has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Vandana currently holds the position of AVP-Human Resources at Apexon starting from July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Adapty Inc where they held the role of Head of Human Resources since June 2015. At Adapty, they played a critical role in helping customers adapt to the dynamic business environment by providing customized solutions.

Before joining Adapty, Vandana worked at Logixal Inc as a Manager Recruitment from January 2013 to May 2015. Vandana also served as an Assistant Manager-HR at SDG Corporation, a subsidiary of SDG Corp, USA, from January 2006 to January 2012. Vandana'searly career experience includes working as an Associate Consultant at Gobeyond Technologies from February 2005 to January 2006.

Vandana Pandey has a diverse education history. In 1999, they graduated with a BS.c degree in Botany, Zoology & Chemistry from Agra University. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources from the International Management Centre - IMC, Delhi from 2003 to 2005. Recently, in 2019 and 2020, Vandana attended the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak to focus on HR Analytics, obtaining a degree in that field.
