Richa Goswami is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Collective Artists Network since September 2025. Previously, Richa held significant HR leadership roles including Head of HR & Talent at Zeno Health, and Head of Talent Acquisition at The Good Glamm Group. In the capacity of leading the hiring vertical for i4 Consulting, Richa focused on corporate leadership recruitment within India and the Middle East. Richa's career includes notable positions at Cure.Fit, Tata Consultancy Services, and as a Founder of a fitness startup, complemented by a strong academic background with a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, an MBA, and a BBA from the University of Mumbai.
