Research and Evaluation Team

The Research and Evaluation Team at Adara Group is responsible for assessing the impact and effectiveness of Adara Development's projects in maternal, newborn, and child health, as well as remote community development in Nepal and Uganda. This team collects, analyzes, and interprets data to monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and generate insights that guide project improvements and strategic decision-making. By ensuring evidence-based practice, they help maximize the reach and efficacy of initiatives benefiting over 50,000 people living in poverty annually.
