Sarah Coleman

Sarah Coleman currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Adarma Security, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah was the Global People and Communications Director for Technology at WPP, where collaboration with the CIO and CTO was essential. Sarah's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of HR for Europe and Asia at ICF International and leading HR operations in various roles at ACCA, notably as Head of HR for Organisation Change and UK. Sarah began the HR career at NHSU as Head of HR. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Combined Studies from the University of Leicester and a CIPD qualification from the University of West London.
