Tzipi Agasi

Tzipi brings almost 15 years of HR experience spanning over a wide range of industry sectors, where she managed activities from strategy to operational implementation throughout the entire staffing cycle of employees. Tzipi also led complex staffing operations in corporate transitions such as in the M&A of Israeli startup Followap, when it was sold to US-based NeuStar, seeing it through to its successful completion. Her passion is to empower the business’ management and its employees and build an effective and fun organizational culture, by promoting and motivating the organizational climate and strengthening employees' engagement. Tzipi holds a BA degree in Psychology and a M.A in Social Psychology from the University of Haifa.
