Joseph Torres, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Joseph most recently served as the Human Resources Director at STN Digital, where they led and managed a high-performing HR team while aligning HR initiatives with company goals. Prior to that, Joseph worked as the Human Resources Director at Elevo Learning, where they collaborated with the executive leadership team to define the organization's mission and goals. Joseph also served as the primary HR lead at GAF, responsible for all HR activities in a local manufacturing plant. Before transitioning into the HR field, Joseph gained experience as an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at Wells Fargo, where they achieved exceptional results and established production goals for their staff. Joseph's work experience also includes serving as the Director of People Operations at the Farmworker Institute of Education and Leadership Development, where they developed a comprehensive HR strategy and ensured compliance with legal requirements.
