Miroslav Richter has extensive experience in sales and commercial leadership across various industries in Europe, currently serving as Director of Sales - Europe and External Consultant at Adastra. Prior roles include Group Commercial Director at RENOMIA and Vice President of Sales CEE South at Solera, Inc., where Miroslav also held positions as Country Manager and Head of Sales for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Additional experience includes a Sales & Marketing Specialist role at Yamaha Motor CZ/SK and part-time Sales Representative at Peter Cremer Central Europe s.r.o. Miroslav holds a Master's degree in Econometry and Operation Research from Prague University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Econometry from the University of Economics in Prague.
