Pavel Kysela is the Chief Operating Officer of Adastra Group and the Chief Executive Officer of Adastra Czech, with over 20 years of experience in IT, digitization, strategy, and leadership. Since joining Adastra in August 2002, Kysela has played a key role in guiding the company as it creates solutions for the digital era. Prior to this, Kysela served as Division Director and Sales Director for banking and telecommunications at LLP Prague from 1998 to 2002, and held roles as a programmer, analyst, and pre-sale consultant. Kysela holds education credentials from the MIT Sloan School of Management, completed in 2019, and earned a degree from BIVS.
