Rcdd Paul Kingsley

Paul Kingsley, RCDD, has over 40 years of experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager at ADB Companies, Inc. since November 2013. Previously, Paul held the position of Senior Project Manager and ISP OSP Wireless Design Engineer at Telos Corporation, where responsibilities included managing projects for various government entities and evaluating airport infrastructure. Paul's career began in the United States Air Force as a Ground Communication Systems Manager, focusing on the installation and maintenance of diverse communication systems. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Maryland and completed further education at the University of North Dakota between 2011 and 2014.
