Tim Michel Csp, Cusp

Tim Michel, CSP, CUSP has a solid work experience in the field of safety and risk management. Tim is currently serving as the Vice President of Risk Management at ADB Companies, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Safety Director at the same company from September 2018 to February 2022.

Before joining ADB Companies, Inc., Tim worked as a Safety Manager at L. Keeley Construction from May 2017 to September 2018. Tim gained further experience as a Safety Professional at INTREN, LLC from November 2014 to May 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Safety Specialist at Dynegy in May 2014.

Tim's career started as a Senior Health Physics Technician at Bartlett Nuclear in September 2011 and they held this role until May 2014.

Tim Michel, CSP, CUSP obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Lindenwood University in 2012. Tim completed additional certifications including becoming a Certified Safety Professional from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in November 2013. In May 2015, they obtained their OSHA 30-hour Construction certification from OSHA Outreach Training. Furthermore, in September 2016, they became an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer for Construction through Midwest OSHA Education Centers. Most recently, in September 2020, Tim Michel obtained the Certified Utility Safety Professional certification from UTILITY SAFETY & OPS LEADERSHIP NETWORK NFP.
