Christopher Butts, EdD, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Consulting at ADC Management Solutions, where they provide oversight and assurance for various business processes, workforce development, and strategic planning needs.

Prior to their current role, Christopher served as an Adjunct Professor at Bowie State University, instructing courses in organizational development, change management, and research and report writing. Christopher utilized interactive teaching methods and adult learning practices to prepare students for leadership positions.

As the President of Calvin Company, Christopher specialized in talent management and development services, offering expertise in human resources, curriculum development, and coaching. Christopher provided innovative leadership solutions and delivered coaching and training to numerous employees.

At The Executive Leadership Council, Christopher served as the Vice President and Chief Learning Officer, developing strategies to increase capacity and support skill development across global Fortune 1000 and Fortune 500 companies. Christopher designed customizable curriculum and facilitated peer-to-peer learning, ensuring professionals were equipped with the necessary expertise and skills for success in their roles.

Christopher earned their Ed.D. from the University of Central Florida, specializing in Higher Education and Policy Studies, from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their M.Ed. in Student Personnel from the same university, where they studied from 2002 to 2003. Christopher's undergraduate degree is a B.A. in Communication, which they obtained from the University of Central Florida between 1995 and 2000.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Christopher has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skill set. Christopher obtained the Change Style Indicator (CSI) & Change Navigator (CN) Certification from OKA (Otto Kroeger Associates) in August 2021.
