Allan Bauer

Allan Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Allan started their career as a General Liability Claims Examiner at Crum & Forster Insurance Company, where they forecasted and approved the financial value of claims. Allan then joined Schering-Plough Corporation as a Financial Analyst, where they reconciled and analyzed managed care rebate dollars. At Warner Chilcott, Allan worked as a Managed Markets Analyst, validating and processing accounts for rebate eligibility. Allan later moved to Bayer as a Sales Incentive Analyst, responsible for developing and managing incentive compensation contracts. Allan then joined Celgene, where they held various roles, including Senior Manager Business Planning & Analytics and Senior Manager Commercial Contract Administration. In these roles, they provided business analytics support, built patient-based financial forecast models, and managed the contractual process for wholesalers and specialty pharmacy distributors. Most recently, Allan worked at Bristol Myers Squibb as an Associate Director of Global Hematology Financial Planning & Analysis. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at ADC Therapeutics.
