Megan K. is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various senior roles. Currently serving as Senior Director, People Business Partner at ADC Therapeutics since April 2021, Megan previously held the position of Director, People Business Partner at Ferring Pharmaceuticals from October 2015 to April 2021. Prior to that, a significant tenure at NRT, the largest residential real estate brokerage in the nation, encompassed roles such as HR Director and HR Manager from August 2007 to October 2015. Earlier experience includes a decade at Champion Mortgage, where Megan served as Group Leader in Closing Operations.
